how to integrate Zephyr  with JIRA and how to create test runs and test suite?

Hi, 

I had installed JIRA on local machine, but there is no option of zephyr in the market place for JIRA. So, how we can add zephyr on local machine.

Depends on what you mean by "integrate", although the most simple option is to install and use the Zephyr add-on that connects the two quite well.
