We have done the integration Zoho Desk with JIRA but in JIRA issues the field "Zoho Desk Ticket" (the number) is not displayed. Zoho Desk Support have reviewed our integration and they told me I need to report my case to Jira. They told me in my JIRA account there is some missing option in this menu to define I want to see the zoho ticket number in jira issues:
