We have a recruitment business project for our HR, I want to limit the access of most people, I removed from the access rights "Any user who logged in" but the project is visible all they can go and get a window (it is attached), or possible to hide project, or restrict access so that a window with the text "You do not have access rights to the project" appears.
Where did you remove that permission? Or I guess I should say, which permission did you remove?
You also need to check the People option to see if there is any project role that might be open to several people.
Hi @John Funk , I have revoked this permission from all access fields. So we have project roles
Administrator
Developer
User
But only those who work with the project are added to these project roles. To whom can assign tasks, I also added a few groups, which I sorted earlier in the administration menu. Maybe because this person is in this group, she sees this project? But in the project review, I clearly indicated the project roles + project manager + group of administrators.
