Hi when I try to log in to my other Atlassian account created by my university email I got the message that my account has been deactivated how can I solve this problem?

There can be many reasons why your account is now disabled. The admins could have set up SSO/2MFA and excluded you, someone could have actively disabled you, etc. I believe your only option would be to reach out to the person or team that administers the Atlassian instance and see why the account was disabled.
