I see many options in my activity tab. I want that only a specific group of people should be able only comment field in jira and not any other field?

I'm sorry, that doesn't make any sense - "I want that only a specific group of people should be able only comment field in jira" is missing a verb - what do you want this group to be able to do? View the field? Edit it? Enter data in it?

I apologies for this. let me try to explain it again. We are using JIRA application however in our organisation we call it Ontrak so I used the same word hear.
Ontrak application is accessible to our clients also. In the activity tab there are other various subtab present which is viewed by everyone(customers+ internal users) Subtabs are like All, Comments,worklog,history, activity, transition summary. I want that customers should only see comments tab under activity tab and not the other subtabs.
