add a condition

i want to add condition in between open to in progress need to description filed  and attachement filed should not be empty

This is possible to do using either a 'validator' or a 'condition' on a transition in a workflow.

Go to the settings for your project and select workflows from the left hand side. Click the pencil icon under the actions for the workflow in your project. Select 'diagram' and click on the arrow from open to in progress. Click on validators and then click add validator. Here you can add attachment and description as required fields for this transition.
