Hello,

We would like to purchase plugins for JIRA. Our liscense type is "JIRA Unlimited Users: Commercial License". We would like to know if it is okay to buy plugin that cost only for 10 users? Because plugins will be assigned to used by 5-10 users only. Or we should buy according to our licence type only?

Here are the plugins that we wish to purchase:

1. Structure plugin 
2. Gantt-Chart for JIRA 
3. Timesheet plugin

Almost all plugins are a 1:1 licence.  For all three of the ones you list, you will need unlimited licences for them because you have to match the unlimited JIRA licence

Gliffy is the only one I can immediately remember that doesn't work that way, but I know there are some others.
