we have issues. one of the fields is invoice number. what are the options if the invoice number is entered certain fields would be disabled, e.g epic link, status, and other custom fields cannot be changed.
No options out of the box. Look for a plugin or script available in Cloud. You also need to determine if the field is already entered and the issue saved before doing the check or do you want the check to be in real time on the screen so the fields are available and if the invoice is entered the fields would be disabled and cleared if they were already populated. People don't always enter data in the fields in the order you expect.
