I would like to add a condition to bulk update - so if value in fixversion is specific value, the bulk update will not apply on that specific issue can it be done?
Bulk updates are applied to all the tickets which are fetched based on the JQL/Search you run. So you need to run the JQL/search with sufficient conditions so that only required tickets are displayed in the result.
