My team recently upgraded our Jira software to Jira 9.1.0 and right after the upgrade, users are complaning that comment section is missing.

Did you manage to upgrade to Jira 9?
We we're facing the same issue after upgrading from 8.20.10 to 9.3.1 and we had to rollback.
Any updates on this matter would be welcome.

Atlassian did change comments with Jira 9, are they missing or is there a new format users need to expand?
Are you able to reproduce the issue? Or is it just with some users? Have they tried resetting their cache?
Jira 9 only shows 10 comments users would need to click the load more to see more.
