Are there any alternative addons that give similar functionality to search linked issues addon?4

or help with addons that help with finding linked issues in Jira??

there is one functionality in scriptrunner? however I am looking for anything other than that

would appreciate any thoughts

Hi,

I understand you want to be able to search Jira server's JQL to find linked issues. 

Starting with Jira Server 8.0.0, we added a new search feature that can help you search for issues in Jira based on the type of issue link they have.  This is mentioned in the Jira Core 8.0 release notes.  More details on using that in Advanced Search: Field type: Issue link type.  But please note that this lets you search for issues based on the type of link they have, not specifically on other data about the linked issue itself.  I know scriptrunner has a few different JQL functions that can help here in different ways.

If that isn't quite what you are looking for there are a number of other plugins that might be able to help here such as:

• Search Linked Issues 
• Issue Links Viewer 
• vLinks - Easy Issue Linking 
• Or possibly others found in marketplace search
