anybody have success with cloud webhooks to a https url ?

I get the following cryptic error on the application the webhook points to

SSL_accept() (1) failure 5
[DEBUG] Error string : error:00000005:lib(0):func(0):DH lib

This is something about DH keys (which I set to 1024 bits) but I think that is a red herring, something earlier has failed.

The webhook URL works as expected with a simple curl script or when I browse to it.

We just migrated to cloud based jira, it all worked just fine when we were running jira locally
