We are in DevOps organization, and identifying BAU support or break fix from the rest of the stories is really a challenge. How do you do it? What is the proper filter? I was thinking of using BAU Support field but I can't see any definition underlying this field.
Anyone pls?
BAU Support field is not a native Jira field, I'd guess that an admin has added a custom field with that name, or you are thinking of doing it.
Without much context of what the field is, how it is used (or intended to be used) and so-on, there's not a lot I can tell you.
But one thing I can is that an advanced search for "BAU Support" is not empty will show you how it is currently being used.
