as per logs reporter comment has been sent, but assignee didn't get email notification

  • in Servicedesk, reporter reply email notification not received by assignee in particular team members alone.
  • previously they are receiving email notification for the comment added in ticket.
  • when we checked logs it is showing added comment has been sent, but assignee didn't receive it.
