hello,

just wondering if my subscription expires on Cloud, will the licenses continue to work for  a certain period after the expiry date? is there a period ? what is the period?

Hi @Peter ,

If payment fails for your Atlassian product subscription, you will be unsubscribed from all products 15 days after the payment due date, at which point users will no longer be able to access the product.

There are no licences for a subscription, these are two very different payment and access models.  

When a subscription ends, your right to use the services you are no longer paying for ceases, and Atlassian do what most others do - shut down your access to that service.
