atlassian.net port scanning vulnerability

We have identified a recent threat where any attempt to *atlassian.com Jira project account, there is a port scanning threat identified where a high-risk threat IP address is attempting to send information to 34.120.195.249.  

We have mitigated to block outbound to this IP however the port scanning continues any time a user logs in to an atlassian project from Edge or Chrome browsers.  What is this???

Further investigation by our security team, they have indicated that this is a google updater, IBM X-Force.  Appears to be non-malicious.  If anyone has seen this or has more information on this.  Please share.  Thank you.
