There's an add-on that provides a lot of audit functions for most versions of Jira. But a lot of it's functionality is being absorbed into Jira 6.2 and above. If you've got 6.2, go to admin and search for audit. If you've got 6.1 or below, have a look in the marketplace for plugenta

I want to monitor some users, because we have 3 users in the administration group and I want to monitor them. I didnt find anything to give me this info. I need to know if they will make any changes on the system.

I too would like to see audit logs for our Jira Admins (we have 7) and use Jira v5.1
