Hi,
we created a workflow which users can submit request (status submitted) and these tickets needs to be evaluated. The cycle to start evaluating the ticket from last week start at 12:00pm. So we would like to automatically transition the tickets with status submitted to next phase of the workflow which is under evaluation. The question is can we create an automated transition that takes the sumitted tickets at noon and move them to the evaluation phase?
(tickets that are submitted after 12:00pm will be moved to evaluation on the next week cycle)
