automation time

Hi,

i create an automation to every day at 6:30pm every tickets with status "In progress" translate to "To do" , but i dont know what is the problem !! in Jira work management

Go into "Project Settings > Automation" for that project, click on that rule, and click on "Audit Log". What shows there should give you some idea about what's going wrong. Feel free to expand one of those entries to inspect the error, and try to figure out what's going wrong with your rule. If you're still feeling stuck, post a screenshot of what your Audit Log shows (be sure to expand one).
