how can i use cascading field in automation ?

It depends what you want to do with that cascading field in automation. But in short, you can reference them using JSON in the advanced section. See this related question for a bit more context regarding the format.

it is for an automatic filling of the field concerned in a subtask using the value contained in the same field but at the level of the parent ticket
