back up manager HOW TO USE

does anyone know how this works? So if I run this it will save my workflows. fields, issues, automation and anything else we have. If I was to lose everything (e.g all issues deleted unintendedly or someone changed a workflow or deleted automation )I would just use this file to restore my old jira?

By using Jira Cloud back up manager, you can export 

• Issues
• Users and user group settings
• Issue attachments, user avatars, and project logos (if selected)

In that same link, you can find steps to import backup data.

so I would save this file and if anything ever happened I could use this file to restore the issues, settings and attachments? I could also use this to open up a new cloud account?
