backup does not contain attachments

I checked the backup attachments and ran the backup manager.  I have downloaded the zip file and extracted it.  However, the subfolder that should contain the attachments is not visible.  The size of the zip file seems to be of the right magnitude however.  Has anyone seen this behavior?

Hi Simon,

This is due to a bug in the backup manager.

  • https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-7469

The files cannot be read when using the default windows zip.

Using a different zip application like winrar or 7-zip will display the attachment.
