basic JQL Query

Please help me share Some JQL Cloud queries with help of create filter  or dashboard using some report 

 

1 Daily Ticket count 

2 Assigne wise data daily basic 

3 Status Change 

 

 

or help me share videos link

Hi @Akshay Pal , thanks for your question.

You could use the Basic JQL query option to help you write these filters.

For example, for the Daily Ticket Count, you could leave the projects selected as all, and then in the Created Date - set the search value to be within the last 24 hours.

I am not sure what you are looking for in the other two filters but if you can provide more detail, either myself or someone else can try to help you.

Hi @Akshay Pal , 

Valerie is has provided the solution to the daily count and for the next two points you can use status category change field to track which issues the status has been updated in a given timeframe.  

The last point just add an assignee to see their tickets only with status category field to narrow down the search.
