blocking tasks

Hello,

My Question,

i have two Tasks.

Task1 Blocks Task2 thus Task2 is blocked by Task1.

Nevertheless it is possible to open Task2 or set done task2 in front of task1.
I will that Task2 cant't be opend befor Task1 moved to "Done".
How can i configure this in Jira?
