Hi all,
Is there any way to bulk watch a list of issues?
The use case is: our jira users are somewhat like a "field technician". They are organized in N small groups of 2-3 techs. On holiday periods only 1 tech of every group is working, while the rest are in holidays ...
The "active" tech needs to know is something changed in the issues reported by the rest of their group. So, the first approach is telling to the active tech, to watch all issues reported by the rest of their group and modify the notification scheme to send email on generic event to all watchers.
But I can't find how to bulk watch a list of issues ...
Any suggestion? how do you manage this?
Thanks in advance!
PS: using jira 5.2.7
Upgrade to JIRA 6.1 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Modifying+Multiple+('Bulk')+Issues).
Hi,
We can't upgrade in short-term to 6.1. Anyone faced this problem with groups and users rotating in holidays?
