bulk disable options for a custom field

Hi

I have just imported 5K+ cases via External system importer

unfortunately, it added 1K custom options to a custom filed, I want to disable those.

I can do it manually by clicked each one 'Disable' 1K+ times button but it refreshes, loads 1K list the page and it is forever. 

is there a way to disable bulk in a custom field?

Hello @jimmyk1986 I guess you learned in the bad way why CSV import isn't one of my favorites features. I don't think you can do what you want either as a bulk thing or via REST API. I suggest you click disable for each of them but use the middle button on your mouse. That would open a new tab but you can click on all of them in the first one without need to refresh. That will save you ton of time.

Do a small test with a few to ensure this will work as expected, I've done things like this in the past but had been a while, I suppose that will still work as desired

As you suggested, I am clicking the middle button for the last 3 hours. it is bad :(

I wish there was a way to open a URL without getting new tab ta all? like REST API but simpler with list of URLs provided.

Sorry to hear about that. As far as I know, there is no option available.

Always test CSV import within a test environment first
