business type project - "create" button on board

Usually on my business type projects when I click "+create" button on the board it simply opens a create issue screen.

But I have one project that behaves differently. When I click the "+create" button it shows a "start typing" text field in the place of this button - I can create an empty issue just with it's summary field filled in. How to force the "create" screen I defined?

found the solution myself - had to change field configuration and add at least one more "required" field
