can I turn off cloud Jira but keep cloud Confluence accessible?

We are migrating off cloud JIRA to JIRA server, then a few weeks later migrating off cloud Confluence to Confluence server.  For those few weeks we'd like to turn off access to cloud JIRA but keep 'on' access to cloud Confluence. Any thoughts on how to quickly do that?

Yeah, just deactivate JIRA in Site Administration for those few weeks. Follow these steps: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Cancelations but instead of cancelling the entire site just cancel your JIRA subscription(s).
