can all the phases of a story according to the workflow displayed on kanban board.

I want to show all the phases of the story old and current stages in Kanban board. is it possible. It should be according the work flow of the story issue type.

I am not entirely sure what you mean. But it is perfectly normal to map every status of the workflow to a column on the board. In a company managed project, just add a column for each status and drag every status from the workflow to the corresponding column.

In a team managed project, that it is quite similar and it would even be more or less default behaviour.

Just for the record: a story is only displayed in the current status it is in.
