can not edit permession scheme of a service desk project

hello 

im menber of jira system administrator , i enter to a jira service desk project -- summary --  i try to change some thing in the permession scheme , it look a white page , really im blocker .

Can some one help me please ?

Hello Karim,

Can you please tell us if you are using JIRA Server or Cloud?

There are some bugs that can be causing this problem. Please, check if your scenario is described in one of these bugs and if their workaround fixes your issue:

- Project permissions cannot be edited once JIRA Service Desk is Deactivated

- Edit Permission Scheme Shows Blank Page
