can not open report and timesheets

if yes kindly let us know the app name

Inbuilt jira reports are working fine and dont see any issues with that

What happens when you try to access that app?

Have you checked the Status page for the app vendor or contacted the app vendor's support team? You can find the app vendor's support team through the Support tab on the Atlassian Marketplace listing for the app.

Since this error is coming from a specific Marketplace app, the best next step is to reach out directly to that app’s vendor support — they’ll be able to troubleshoot why the reports/timesheets screen isn’t loading in your site.
