can't approve an issue after 11a

I have an issue, it needs to be approved by 11a by a specific group (group 1). then it moves forward and needs to be approved by a 2nd group by 2p, then a 3rd group by 4p.

what validation script can I use so at 11:01a, it can no longer be approved by group 1, nor move forward for that day? but anytime before 11a the next day it can be approved.

Ditto for the 2:01p approval time by group 2 and ditto for the 4:01p deadline for group 3.

You will need to create your own transition Validator script for this one (an external groovy script being called on an issue transition).
