can't move backlog items to change the order they just snap back

As of today i can no longer change the order of items in my backlog, when i drag an item down it just snaps back to where it was.

I've tried clearing my browser cache and tried 2 different browsers, different machines, even different users.

You must consider 2 things.

1- In your filter (the filter of your board) you must add Order BY ...

2- In permission scheme your role doesn't have the right permission (manage sprint)
