can't remove user from group

there is some specital users can't remove from some group when the others can remove on usually

This could be a number of things - could you provide us some more information.

What group are the users part of? Are these users active/inactive? What role do they hold (eg. Administrator vs User)?

Also do you manage user access manually or via SSO / LDAP?

I have tried synchronised from LDAP to jira but failed. Then I changed the mysql table and field's property. And then I restore mysql backup.

Now what I am useing is jira's own user system. But there are some user can't remove group when most of the project leader can remove from group
