can we customize Jira fields in slack

Hi Community, 
In slack can we customize Jira fields, if we see the below screenshot we have 2 tabs on create a screen in Jira, 1. Requester,2 Researcher can we add those into slack?

I'm not sure you can have these tabs on slack according to this documentation https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-jira-cloud-for-slack/
