Can we stop Jira software updates for a year?

Right now, Our organization is on Jira Software with Standard Cloud, and the release track of the product is "Continuous."

We are a highly compliance medical domain, As we are undergoing a 510k approval process, is there any way to stop Jira Software updates for a few months or years?

If you have premium you can change it from continuous to bundled. But the bundled changes will still be released on the second Tuesday of each month.

The updates are also done by "feature flags" - you still get the software, but if you choose not to enable a new thing, it's just turned off, it's still installed.
