I'm not sure I understand your question.
Can you explain your use case in more detail, please?
i will have multiple (3 to 5 per week)release traversing stages before deployed to production.
I wanted to use kanban to track and create every release as a ticket
and attached a form for each ticket, so i can capture what is part of the release. thought to use a form as existing feilds cannot be used.
