When a ticket us moved to inprogress automatically assign the ticket to the “component lead” based on the component in the ticket.
If we update the component lead subsequently, the auto-assignee should change to the new component lead correspondingly.
Hi @Vivek Challa , this isn't possible at this time. Might find the following post useful to better understand. One thing to keep in mind is that the component Field, can have multiple component selected. So in that event which component lead is assigned the issue?
Note that you could create a rule by statically assigning the issue using a if/else component but that would not be easily maintained if component leads change.
