When Subtask_C5 created, the below fields should be populated as per below requirement. For Subtask_C5 Summary - Project Details "+ Epic Summary" Description - To complete this task, users must complete the following Tabs: Project Overview tab Business Case tab Internal Stakeholders tab Distribution tab Index Methodology tab When information in a template (Tab) is filled, select Status SAVE (..tab name..), Information from Tab will be saved to the Index. After saving Field 'Project Overview to Index saved', 'Business Case to Index saved', 'Internal stakeholders to Index saved', 'Index Methodology to Index saved', 'Distribution to Index saved ' (on right bellow Status button) will be updated to current date. Information can be saved multiple times. Saving is mandatory to mark Subtask as DONE. When all fields are entered, select status DONE. If you would like to edit Subtask, revert from DONE to status IN PROGRESS. Bypassed projects require PM to update relevant documentation such as methodologies and parameters documents.

That does not describe the default behaviour of the Jira application.
That appears to be a requirement defined by the company that owns and manages the Jira instance you are using. They may have customized the Jira application to adhere to those requirements.
You will have to contact the administrators of the Jira instance you are using to get more details about that requirement.
