can you suggest how to integrate JIRA cloud and SVN repository?

It depends on what you mean by "integrate".  Some basic work is possible on the Subversion side, using REST calls into JIRA to check messages for example, but you can't install the Subversion add-ons in Cloud. 

I've seen a couple of places run Subversion + Fisheye on a server, and then connect Fisheye to JIRA Cloud - that can add more JIRA/Subversion stuff indirectly.
