cannot create jira ticket in slack

We tried to create jira ticket in Slack but it won't go through or create. We got a notification that it created a ticket but it doesn't show on the specific channel on Slack where we created it.

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

In slack channel---> Integrations---> Install Jiracloud

Once installed app in slack channel after that go to particular project then you can find slack integration in project settings,link that slack channel  in jira 

Once linked then you can try it will work
