cannot see parent task on sub task

Hi 

Starting today, Sept 24th 2019, somehow the parent ticket link and number stops appearing right beside the sub task ticket. 

For instance, it used to be blah-2019/blah-2021 and I was able to click on blah-2019 which is the parent ticket. but now it only has blah-2021

This is the fourth post on this today. I have reported it to Atlassian and hope to see it reinstated.
