One of my users cannot view his comments on jira when he is typing. Any idea what might be going wrong.
He mentioned that he can type in the comment box when updating or creating a bug/task, but none of the typing shows up as he is typing. once he clicks on Add, the comment shows up in the updated bug. but since he can’t see any of the words while typing, it’s pretty hard to make a readable comment longer than a couple of words.
I personally feel it may be something to do with screen resolution but wanted to confirm with you all to rule out a jira problem.

Maybe it's related to the browser he's using?
It was indeed an browser issue. When he tested with chrome it worked. Thanks Peter
