I am having issue executing JQL with cascadeOption in automatically created filter.
Two Dimensional Filter Statistics
We are using jira 7.2.9 version.
I get the below error:
An option provided by the function 'cascadeOption' for the field 'testcascadefield' does not exist.

The only reference that I found about this error is indeed the bug that you mentioned.Have you tried to use the workaround? Did it work?
