change button display on issue edit screen

In the issue edit screen it shows 5 buttons right under the name of the issue and next to that there is a button with 3 dots (to show more apps or show more that are installed). Is there a way to get a button that is in the more list and show it on the screen next to the other ones? Using the pic as an example I'd like the Checklists button to be next to the others instead of having to click on the 3 dots button then choosing checklists.
