change the terminology

Some terminology in JIRA does not correspond to our companies and makes some persons confused. How can I for example change "component" to something else?

Do I need to update the language pack we use or?

THanks, it works. I have tested.

I wrote some comments to the page you refer to since it may need to be updated. I am using 4.4 and the folders etc was not the same as in the description.
