changing the orginal estimate of one issue that will change other issues original estimate automatic

Hello everyone.

what I am trying to do is

Case 1

that if we have an issue which is original estimated for example 10H  now I want to store this 10h as a 100 now there is one another custom field called field A If I fill that field as a number let's suppose 60 then what should happen It will make 10H as 6H because 10H was store as 100 now we enter 60 it changes 10H to 6H just like percentage that 10H was assume as 100% and when we enter 60 in Custom field A it change the original estimate to  60%  i.e. 6H the 60% from the original estimate.

Case 2

whenever custom field A is filled with a number new issue is created that is linked with that issue from where the field value is changed and the important thing its original estimate will fill automatically with the difference of 1st original estimate of issue 1 and new original estimate of issue 1 for example according to case 1 the new issue that is created automatically its original estimate value will be 4H because the first the issue 1 was estimated 10H and new estimation is 6H (by filling the custom field A) then the difference is 4H

Hope somebody can help me with this.

Hi @Umar Maroof , I may be getting a bit confused by your use case however, I don't think the details really would change my answer here. I believe that you should be able to achieve your goal with Automation, or at least this is where I would start. Are you familiar with writing automation rules? Have you attempted this already?

here is documentation on Automation to get you started - https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/
