cloud jira with server bamboo?

As a Cloud Agile+JIRA user with an external BitBucket repository for CM, may I connect an external Bamboo service as provided by a fixed-fee SaaS provider with both our Cloud JIRA and our external BitBucket?

That is, I'd fire up Atlassian Cloud Bamboo if the pricing model was different. However with the need for the unknown variable-priced EC2 service, Bamboo is outside consideration. There are third-party providers of Bamboo as a Service that charge a flat fixed monthly fee and deal with the need for any secondary platforms and services internally.
