communications breakdown while waiting for postfunctions to complete

We have a  rather long postfunction that creates ~100 issues (epics and their stories). Then makes a copy a Confluence space with 19 pages. 

After 60 seconds a message pops up:

Communications Breakdown. The call to to the Jira server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure if the result of this operation. Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser.

No error in the Atlassian Jira log.

In spite of the message, all issues + the Space are correctly created. But it is still not pretty.

What configuration do we need to change to get a bit more time?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

the transition takes too long and the message appear 

the transition end correct in the background although the message.
