configurar permisos por incidencia

Buenos días,

¿es posible configurar los permisos por tipo de incidencia? es decir, que por ejemplo yo pueda, crear y modificar tareas pero no requirements, y sí pueda sólo modificar environments... (es un ejemplo)

Not directly in the way people think it could be done, but it is possible.

You can not do it with permission schemes - these affect the entire project and do not apply to issue types.

You can do it in the workflow though.  Set up the permission scheme to allow everyone to do what they need to do across the entire project, then create a set of workflows, one for each issue type.  Use a workflow scheme to tell the project which workflow to use for each issue type.  Then, within those workflows, use JIRA Workflow properties to set the permissions on each status.
